We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the
colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the
Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications,
and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect
the actual colors and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee
that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products
at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and
account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to
promptly update account and payment information, including email address,
payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your
transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of
purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All
payments shall be in South African Rand, ZAR.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your
purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your

PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Instant EFT or by bank
transfer into the Trust Health & Safety bank account, the details of which will
be provided on request.
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Card transactions will be acquired for Trust Health & Safety via Yoco (Pty) Ltd who are the approved
payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Yoco (Pty) Ltd uses the
strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card
details are stored on the website. Users may go to yoco.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by Trust Health & Safety separately from card details which are
entered by the client on Yoco secure site. For more detail on DPO Yoco refer

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment
options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South
African Rand (ZAR).
DELIVERY POLICY
GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not
in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you
the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We mainly
use “The Courier Guy” as a service provider for our shipping. Alternatively,
you also have the option to order online and pick up the products at our store.
DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to
addresses in the larger Cape town Area. Any shipments outside of South
Africa are not available at this time.
DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order
is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping,
rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only
and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort
to fulfil your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order.
Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices,
delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also
be delivered in separate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the
delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the
items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout
page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large
or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to
which the item is shipped.

RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here
to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you
received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original
packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that
have been branded for you specifically cannot be returned.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the
status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will then need to fill out
a form, which we will send to you via email, before approving the refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your
credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within
a certain amount of days (usually 5 days), depending on your card issuer’s
policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
CANCELLATION FEES
Online payments are non-refundable, unless one of the terms,
discussed above apply.
