Shipping & Collection
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier. You can also collect from our Retreat showroom in Cape Town — free, usually ready within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation on in-stock items.
- Dispatch: in-stock orders placed and paid before 12:00 SAST on a business day are dispatched the next business day; back-ordered items take 3–5 working days to dispatch
- Delivery after dispatch: Cape Town metro next working day; Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and other major centres 2–3 working days; other major towns 3–4; outlying areas 4–6 working days
- Collect in store: 25–29 Honeywell Road, Retreat (Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30)
