After dispatch, Cape Town metro deliveries typically arrive the next working day; Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and other major centres within 2–3 working days; other major towns within 3–4 working days; and outlying or rural areas within 4–6 working days.
Can products be customised with our company logo?
Yes. Selected garments — overalls, work shirts, hi-vis and bib brace — can be customised with your company logo, company name and individual employee names. Lead time for customised items is 5–7 working days from artwork approval.
Are your products SABS approved?
Where SABS or relevant SANS standards apply (for example safety footwear, hard hats, high-visibility clothing), the products we stock are aligned with those standards. Compliance documentation is available on request at orders@trusths.co.za.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan and direct EFT, all processed securely through PayFast. Trade account customers can also be invoiced on terms — contact us to apply.
