Trust Health & Safety is based at 25–29 Honeywell Road, Retreat, Cape Town, 7945, South Africa. Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a business day are dispatched the next business day from this warehouse and shipped nationwide. Walk-in collection is welcome during business hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 SAST.

Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a business day are dispatched the next business day. After dispatch, Cape Town metro deliveries typically arrive the next working day; Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and other major centres within 2–3 working days; other major towns within 3–4 working days; and outlying or rural areas within 4–6 working days. If an item is not in stock, dispatch can take 3–5 working days. Tracking links are emailed once your order ships.

We primarily ship within South Africa. Cross-border deliveries to neighbouring SADC countries (Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, eSwatini, Zimbabwe, Mozambique) can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your destination and product list for a quote.

Yes. Walk-in collection is available at our Retreat, Cape Town warehouse at 25–29 Honeywell Road, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30. Choose Collection at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready (usually within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation on stock items).

For in-stock items, bulk orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a business day are dispatched the next business day. For larger orders (500+ units) or out-of-stock items, lead times are confirmed at quote stage — usually 5–10 working days for indented stock from our suppliers. Custom-branded bulk orders take 5–7 working days from artwork approval.

Yes. Trade and bulk pricing is quoted per order — request a quote with your quantities and we'll come back with our best price. Registered resellers receive a wholesale price list. Trade accounts with 30-day terms are available for established customers. Email orders@trusths.co.za with your SKU list and quantities for a quote, or call 021 701 7018.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan and standard EFT, all processed securely via PayFast. Trade-account customers can be invoiced on 30-day terms after a credit application has been approved. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Yes. Established businesses can apply for a 30-day credit account. We'll send you a short credit application form requesting trade references and company registration details. Approval typically takes 3–5 working days. Once approved, you can place orders and pay against statement monthly.

Yes. All card and EFT payments are handled by PayFast, a PCI-DSS compliant South African payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers. The checkout uses HTTPS encryption end-to-end.

Yes. We offer in-house customisation on selected garments including overalls, conti-suits, work shirts, hi-vis jackets and bib brace. You can add: (1) your company logo via embroidery or heat transfer, (2) your company name as text, and (3) each employee's name. Lead time is 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Minimum order quantities and setup fees apply for first-time logo embroidery.

We prefer vector formats (.ai, .eps, .svg or vector PDF) for embroidery and heat transfer, as they scale cleanly. High-resolution PNGs (300 dpi, transparent background) work for most cases. If your logo isn't in a usable format, we can vectorise it for a one-off fee — usually completed within 24 hours.

Where SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) or relevant SANS standards apply, the products we stock are aligned with those standards. This includes safety footwear (SANS 20345), hard hats (SANS 1397), high-visibility clothing (SANS/EN ISO 20471) and respiratory protection. Compliance certificates, datasheets and test reports are available on request — email orders@trusths.co.za with the SKU you need documentation for.

Yes. We carry arc-flash suits in 12.4 cal and 100 cal ratings (Protera and equivalent), arc-flash switching gloves, electrical-insulating gloves to relevant SANS/IEC class ratings, and complementary face shields and balaclavas. Stock is held in Cape Town for next-business-day dispatch on orders placed before 12:00 SAST. For specifications or compliance documentation, contact orders@trusths.co.za.

Workwear (overalls, conti-suits, work shirts) is stocked from size 28 to size 56, with hi-vis variants generally available in S to 5XL. Safety footwear is stocked from UK size 3 to UK size 13. If you need a size outside these ranges, contact us — we can usually indent specific sizes from our suppliers within 5–7 working days.

If you're unsure what level of protection your team needs (for example arc rating for electrical work, or cut level for handling glass), email a description of the work environment to orders@trusths.co.za and we'll recommend SKUs.

You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. A flat R100 return courier fee applies, waived if the item was faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Customised garments (with logo, company name or employee names) are non-returnable unless faulty, as they cannot be resold. Email orders@trusths.co.za to initiate a return.
