2. What personal information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to process your order, deliver your goods, and communicate with you. This includes:
- Identity information: Full name, company name (if applicable)
- Contact information: Email address, telephone number
- Delivery information: Physical delivery address, city, province, postal code
- Payment information: We do not store your card or banking details. All payment processing is handled by PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We receive only a transaction confirmation.
- Order history: Products ordered, quantities, pricing, and order status
- Customisation details: Company logos, company names, and employee names provided for custom garment orders
- Communications: Emails, enquiry forms, or messages you send us
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session data collected via cookies and server logs for security and analytics purposes
We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18.
3. How we use your personal information
We process your personal information only for the following lawful purposes:
- Processing, fulfilling, and dispatching your orders
- Sending order confirmations, shipping notifications, and invoices
- Responding to customer service enquiries and returns requests
- Processing refunds and managing returns
- Verifying and approving trade credit account applications
- Producing customised garments bearing your logo or employee information

5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Courier and logistics providers: Your name, contact number, and delivery address are passed to our courier partners (e.g. The Courier Guy, Aramex, Fastway) solely to facilitate delivery.
- PayFast: Payment data is processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS controls.
- IT and hosting providers: Our website and order data are hosted on servers in South Africa. Providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Legal authorities: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Any third party we engage is required to handle your information securely and in accordance with POPIA.
6. International transfers
We primarily store and process personal information within South Africa. Where any third-party service processes data outside South Africa, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is in place, consistent with POPIA Section 72.
7. How long we keep your information
- Order records: 5 years from date of order (required for VAT and tax compliance)
- Customer account data: For the duration of your account, plus 3 years after closure
- Marketing consent records: Until you withdraw consent
- Technical/server logs: 90 days
Once the retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymise your information.
8. Cookies
Our website uses the following cookies:
- Session cookies: To maintain your shopping cart and login session. These expire when you close your browser.
- Analytics cookies: To understand how visitors use our site. Data is aggregated and anonymised.
- Security cookies: CSRF tokens to protect form submissions.

9. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:

- Complaint: Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at www.justice.gov.za/inforeg if you believe we have violated your rights

10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure password storage. While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is completely secure.
11. Links to third-party websites
Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. supplier datasheets, PayFast). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.
