Hygenie Capriquat
Hygenie Capriquat is a concentrated quaternary ammonium (QAC) disinfectant in powder form, designed for use in wine, dairy, and food processing plants. Its long-acting formula is particularly effective in soiled, moist, or humid environments such as cellars and cold rooms, where it controls a broad spectrum of microorganisms including yeasts, molds, algae, and Gram-positive bacteria, as well as some Gram-negative bacteria.
