They are a must in any outdoorsman’s kit and are used extensively to minimise swelling in strains, sprains and bruises. Description: Disposable instant ice pack. Activated by rupturing internal bag. Excellent for applying to sprains, strains, bruises, insect bites and stings for instant relief. Can be applied under arms and in groin area in cases of heat stroke or exhaustion. Cover with bandage or cloth to retain cold for extended periods of time.
